Protests outside BBMP’s office
Quiet a scene was observed outside BBMP’s main office on Monday.
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) is yet to pay the long pending bills to its contractors.
Due to which, the contractors had shown their protests outside the main office and have stopped the work from Tuesday till the bills are not cleared.
The civic body has assured that Rs 1,000 crore will be paid in three installments to the contractors.
The contractors have to resume their work as soon as possible as it cause inconvenience to the general public.
