Rise in Power Bills and Pollution Levels drains Resident Savings

The frequent rise in power bills and also increasing pollution levels are draining Haryana residents healthy living and also economic savings. Henceforth the Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB)has been expressing worries about the increase in pollution emitted by the diesel generators all over the city. Meanwhile the fuel consumption has been increased rapidly since fortnight midst the rise in power consumption also. Pradeep Yadav the regional officer at HSPCB reported over this issue with deep concern saying that the level of pollution will experience a drastic rise by consequently using generator sets as back up.

Also the power situation in Gurgaon has turned situation from bad to worse and in-spite of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitaran Nigam (DHBVN) claiming these complaints. At present nearly 60 % power load on generator sets consume about 150 litres of diesel for an hour. Midst the fluctuating power out payments and government decisions residents are bearing the scorching pressure in their daily lives.
