Royal Palms India to sell four hotels
Mumbai-based real estate developer Royal Palms India is about to sell part of its hospitality developments. I has put its four hotels that include three 5-star category properties on the block.
The properties are Hotel Imperial Palace, Palms Hotel Tower and Convention Centre and Palms Villas Hotel and one 4-star under construction property. The total inventory is around 1,200 rooms and the developer hopes to raise 2,500 crore from the sale.
The builder recently shut operations at its three 5-star hotels that it was operating on its own. According to sources, the company is currently undertaking renovation work at these three properties before sales take place.
