Separate sewage plant needed in Jaipur
The pink city Jaipur is longing for separate sewage plant in order to reduce the groundwater misuse.
From now onwards any new building construction in the city will have to incorporate a sewage water treatment plant.
The implementation will be applicable only for the 3000 square metre and above housing projects.
The urban development and housing department (UDH) in Jaipur is following up with the same work.
According to the senior municipal official, each and every housing colonies will have their respective sewage treatment plant (STP). Also, similar projects are in the pipeline for hotel and other industries.
