Skyscarper exceed building norms in Kochi
A skyscarper coming up soon at Kochi has been asked to either pause the construction or change the plan.
The skyscraper project by Yashoram Infra Developers Private Limited has therefore informed the Kerala High Court that this project in no ways would affect the coastal ecosystems or the backwater system.
The Sky city project had approached government for the construction of two flyovers over the Chilavanoor backwaters.
Also, for the government sanction given for Sky city project an affidavit has been highlighted against the government for approving a sanction for Sky city project.
It’s Coastal Zone Management Plan of Kerala‘s responsibility to keep a follow up of the project making sure not to exceed the limit of building norms. Now, the management has learnt that the construction has crossed the construction law.
