Slum dwellers pay more for water supply

An NGO recently conducted a survey on water supply project. This survey was mainly concentrated on slum dwellers in Bangalore city.
It came as a surprising news that the slum dwellers are paying hefty sum for the water supply.
Even after government is spending lakhs and crores on providing proper water supply, this is what is traced!
After a depth study it came into light that the water supply authority had involved themselves in these erratic work.
