Sultanpur Road, Lucknow’s new realty hot spot
Lucknow- The Sultanpur road is becoming a new growth centre with the proposed IT city, IIIT campus and international stadium.
The housing demand has been increasing and many developers are launching residential projects in or near Sultanpur to meet the demand.
For instance, Paarth Infrabuild has launched its residential project named “Paarth Aadyant” in Gomti Nagar extension area near Sultanpur Road. The company holds 27 acres of land in this extension.
Completion of this project would cater needs and offers world class living standards to professionals who would be working nearby.
It would have 13 towers, among which seven towers will offer 656 three bedroom apartments in ground plus 22 or 24 floors each. An iconic tower among these will offer 4 BHK (with servant room) and Penthouses. The project is expected to be completed in phases over the next four- five years.
Paarth Infrabuild Ltd has a rich experience of 20 years in urban planning and civil engineering. The company has delivered projects of big real estate players and government agencies across country. The Director of the company opines that Sultanpur road has become one of the hottest investment spot in the city.
Besides an apartment project in Gomti Nagar Extension, the company is also planning to launch hotels,commercial complexes and a hospital on in same area.
The company aims to develop four million square feet of space in Lucknow. In this regard, the company had already tied funds of Rs 100 crore. It is committed to develop projects in Noida, Kanpur, Allahabad and Varanasi in next five years for a targeted turnover of Rs 500 crore.
The group is also executing government redevelopment projects in old Delhi, Bikaner and Cuttack. Some other big real estate developers who are executing projects in and around Sultanpur Road are Omaxe and Ansal API.
