Tax for waste disposal in Gurgaon soon
Very soon, residents of Gurgaon have to shell out extra tax on the name of maintenance.
Haryana government has decided to levy a tax on solid waste management in the city.
The same has been notified in the cabinet and now the Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (MCG) have to give the green signal.
Due to which, the residents have to pay Rs 20 per month for an unit of minimum of 100 sq metre and Rs 100 for an unit over 2,000 sq metre.
For now, the tax will be divided into residential, commercial and institutional buildings.
