Thane follow up regular waste management

The citizens of Thane, Mumbai are turning conscious and more aware of the need for waste management.

Apart from the residents, there is one such school in Thane which has been showing keen interests recycle wastes including garden waste and left over food.

Smt Savitridevi Thirani Vidya Mandir in Vartaknagar Thane has set an excellent example for the whole nation by following up regular waste management.

The school has waste composting plant in their school premises. The school believes in environment conservation and has around 384 trees in the premises.

This has been traced as one of the achievement and many such e-club organists has awarded and appreciated the school’s achievement.
