TNHB apartment balcony wall collapse!
The balcony wall collapse news at apartment in Chennai comes as a shocking news for the whole city.
The balcony collapsed at Tamil Nadu Housing Board (TNHB) apartment complex in Manali New Town crashed a women to death leaving women and her children injured badly.
The sources say that these apartments were constructed during year 1985 since then it is in bad shape providing very less security to the residents.
The flat authorities who attended the flats recently claimed to have warned the residents about the rusted iron rods jutting out of run-down buildings.
After this incidents the TNHB residents are spending days in fear as the quality of the building is poor and might cause damage anytime.
