Top places where rich Indians are purchasing Homes

A report by Kotak Wealth Management and Crisil Research concluded that due to increasing globalization, rich Indians are purchasing property outside India. The prime reason of purchasing property aboard is the increased price of Indian property. Rich Indians can purchase property abroad at the same cost at which they purchase property in India. Whereas purchasing property in Dubai, Singapore will raise their standard of living as well.

In a recent report by Kotak Wealth Management and Crisil Research, it is found that some of the finest places in the world such as Kensington, Belgravia or Holland Park in London or prestigious locations such as the Burj in Dubai and Nassim Road in Singapore are among the most popular global locations for Indians to purchase residential property.

 

Singapore is the fourth largest financial center of the world and is popular for its different type of people. Uniform temperature, clean and hygienic environment, better managed public infrastructure are the factors which make Singapore finest place to live. The basic language of Singapore is English and Tamil. Singapore possesses an open life style which attracts Indians to purchase property here. Nassim Road in Singapore is the favorite location of rich Indians to buy property. Another important feature of Singapore is that it is connected with all parts of world through robust air network. Also, a stable political environment makes Singapore attractive place for investment in real estate sector.
