It offers Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority (BMRDA) or Nelamangala Development Authority (NDA) approved plots in the price range of Rs 200-1600 per sq ft.
Tumkur Road, once considered as a village in the outskirts of Bangalore, has now transformed into a part of the city owing to its rapid growth in real estate sector.

The metro station is an added advantage. the propesed outer ring road along the outer Greater Bangalore Corridor would further improve the connectivity of the region. The area offers residential plot at an affordable rates.
New projects coming up in Tumkur road are Godrej Gold County which is an ongoing project by Godrej Properties Limited and is expected to get completed by 2015. DS Max Starwood is one of the popular residential developments in Tumkur Road, neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the ongoing projects of DS Max Properties Pvt Ltd and the project is expected to get completed by 2014.
