No Comments Sub Category:Community,Municipality Posted On: Mar 14, 2012

The maximum water drawn for a month in Bangalore city has been traced, however this comes as a surprising news!

One of the apartment at Thanisandra near Hebbal in Bangalore city has been drawing maximum water.

The apartment in Thanisandra near Hebbal has a one metered connection and draws around 44,000 litres of water every month.

One of the chief engineer, Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) say that this data was collected to trace per capita daily usage of water.

This is not illegal as it has metre but, is still creating a mess as it clearly proves the unequal distribution of water supply.

Also, further more all the residents have been asked to join hands with BWSSB to eradicate illegal water connections in the surrounding areas.
