Yamuna Expressway plot values to increase by 30 percent
Delhi/NCR- With the flourishing 100 percent capital appreciation of the residential plot values in the past few years, Yamuna Expressway is predicted to have 30 percent increase in the coming years.
Off lately, an increased number of plot launches have been witnessed in Yamuna Expressway, which is India’s longest elevated highway connecting the Greater Noida and Agra. One of the reasons for the constant plot launches is the easy access from the 165 Km long highway to Delhi and Agra.
Not just this, the lower prices of plots have paved way to innumerable real estate developments on either sides of Yamuna Expressway. Unlike NCR, Yamuna Expressway is catering the buyers with attractive residential plots and townships built by renowned developers. There has also been an increase of capital appreciation in the area in the past few years.
The F1 Track, Gautam Buddha Technical University and the upcoming IT hub is also acting as an attractive investment option. There has been an increased demand from the Delhi/NCR high end property buyers. As per a property brokerage firm, a residential unit in the area will cost between Rs 20,000 to 30,000 per square yard which will be further increased to about Rs 7,000 per square yard in the coming years. Yamuna Expressway has innumerable projects being offered by popular builders.
