Now BWSSB is going to collect rough reports of who has not implemented the rainwater harvesting system after that BWSSB is going to sanction any 60x40 sites only with the compulsion of implementing RWH plan. Till the construction work are completed the BWSSB engineers and the metre readers will keep an eye on the owners of the apartment as well as independent houses.The inspection has already started. You are right Abhishek from past five years we are paying property tax to Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation but there is no clear picture where BMC have spend all those money. Q: Hi, I bought a ground floor in an apartment. It has a balcony facing the sky. Since I am staying in Ground Floor, people staying in 1st and 2nd floor are throwing garbage’s, floor mats, cigarette buds and sometime flower pots into my balcony. My grand child always plays in the balcony. So for my safety, I covered the balcony roof with a grill (with good air ventilation). Q: How we can put penalty to Builder? I have booked flat at Lodha Cassa Parido at SanathNagar project in 2010 Sept on the promise that I will get possession of the flat in Feb-2012 sure.. and because of good name of Lodha Group in Mumbai I have booked the flat.. Further they have delayed position of flat by one year. Now they are saying that they will give possession in Jan 2013.. and they are almost enjoying my flat cost which i took bank loan and back has disbursed the full amount only 5% is left which will be get disbursed after registration. I am paying full interest since last two years. and I dont have any clause in agreement to put the penalty on builder and anyone help me to get it done.
