In terms of development I think that Masab Tank is very developed. It has well laid roads and is it known as a major commercial and a good residential sector of the city. All senior officers in the 18 circles are working extra time to see to it that defaulters pay up and are driving the field officers to go the extra mile. The corporation wants to beat its own record of collecting Rs 1,000 crore last year. The target for 2014-15 is Rs 1,500 crore.

I know that the Center Point Cafe road on both sides is mostly occupied by encroachments.
