Mettupalayam Road is one of the most happening locales among the roads in Coimbatore. it is a very good area and there you can also see the Anna University, Government of India Press, Coimbatore Flower market etc are near to the Mettupalayam Road. When i talked to the builder recently, he told me that the project is currently under construction and will most probably be completed by July -August 2015. So if you are thinking of moving into the project in the next few months, this is the project for you.

Oh yeah, its one of the preferred places to live in west Coimbatore. Basically the full name is Rathina Sabapathy Puram, but its known as RS Puram only. The basic charm of the locality is that you'll find both residential as well as commercial features in here.
Yes yes. There is a whole bunch of residential projects, both existing and upcoming in this place. You'll have plenty of options. And not just apartment complexes, you also will find a decent number of govt offices here, which i guess proves that this place holds some significance.

Basically you want info on the stretch of the road starting from Madukarai and through Palakkad road, Mettupalayam road, Perur road and Marudamalai road. Actually the construction work of this road is still happening, so much progress hasnt been made on the real estate front or even development-wise.
Suppose you need to commute everyday to Bharatiyar University on Marudamalai road, then buying a home on the proposed Western Bypass road is a good idea. Once construction is over, you will have a direct route to the university from your home by avoiding the city traffic and reach Marudamalai in a very short time. So you'll have to consider that aspect before investing around these localities.

I think that this is a mixed development project no? They have both residential apartments as well as commercial spaces also is 2 separate blocks. The commercial block is about 50000 sq. ft..They have retail outlets such as departmental store in the ground floor as well as upper floors are for offices.

Last time i checked, the guidance value around Avinashi Road is around Rs 4,800 per sq ft. I think if would be a wise decision to go for a property in Avinashi Road, since it is a pretty decent locality, and would prove to be a feasible investment in the future.

Hello, as far as i know, the new project launched during 2014 were fewer in Coimbatore compared to the previous year. I think that some of the launches could have been delayed as the promoters would have awaited all statutory approvals before launching them.

Yes, the 5th edition of the property fair was aimed at attracting prospective NRI investors who flew down to Coimbatore to visit their parents for Christmas and would be here till Pongal. And as far as i heard, it was pretty successful at that.

What is the history of the project, i mean when did it start, and what is the progress now?
Almost 76 per cent of works, started in September 2010, is over. However, progress of the project came to a standstill due to fund crunch. Though the project was originally scheduled to be completed in March 2013, it is now expected to be over by November or December this year.

See its a very complicated situation because with government reserved land, you can't really remove the reserve. I too saw some information about the project, and from what i could gather, it seems to be pretty decent. Some of the amenities in the project are landscaped garden, 24 hour backup, round the clock security, indoor games, and dedicated car parking.

I called the builder recently to ask about current status of construction and was told that almost all the work is completed, and the expected possession is around April 2015. That is just 2 months away from now, so you should start considering the project.

The corporation is planning to collect upto 100% tax from the city. It is taking some severe steps against the defaulters in the city, and recently it had disconnected two water pipe lines in the city as the consumers faied to pay the tax. Can anyone throw some light on "Why it is important to have Patta"?
Hi, I think the Patta is important because it establishes lawful ownership and possession of a property, and is a powerful tool that can be used in the case of property disputes. In case of government acquisition of land too, the patta holder is paid compensation, as s/he has the first right to title over that property.
