It has been 4 years since this so call expansion was out in the news! The Airport Authority of India have been cribbing about it with different reasons. Still born child. See its a very complicated situation because with government reserved land, you can't really remove the reserve. You don't need to worry, because the project has gotten approval from Directorate of Town and Country Planning, and that is a pretty big stamp of trust, don't you think? The corporation is planning to collect upto 100% tax from the city. It is taking some severe steps against the defaulters in the city, and recently it had disconnected two water pipe lines in the city as the consumers faied to pay the tax.
