Bengali Colony is one of the best neighborhoods in Indore, so water supply is not that big of an issue here. There used to be a water shortage even three years back, but conditions have improved since. Water supply has increased by 250% over the past three years. In case, the tap waters run out, you can always call the water tankers for extra water supply. The Indore Municipal Corporation has constructed overhead tanks everywhere in Bengali Colony, to provide a non-stop supply of water. Other than this, the Narmada pipeline supplies water every other day. Hey, the water problem is not that severe in Indore now as it was a few years back. The Narmada Phase III project has increased the water supply to some degree, if not all the way, and its only getting better. I don’t think you would face much water crisis problems as the IMC has recently started an extra 90mlds of water in addition to the previous 210mlds. So now the citizens of Indore will receive a total of 300 million litres of water every day from the Narmada projects. Vijay Nagar is a very good area for investing in. It is a bustling area in Indore that has very good facilities and amenities. There are hospitals, schools, colleges, and hotels in this area. There is good connectivity from Vijay Nagar to other parts of the city. You can travel quite quickly in the city by the BRTS or you can hire a taxi. Vijay Nagar is also close to the main part of the city, and near the major manufacturing companiesVijay Nagar is a very good area for investing in. Hey, these guys are right, Nariman city is in the Supercorridor area. In fact, it is quite close to the Chhota Bangarda. Around three more 100 ft. roads are going to be constructed leading this place back to the southern part of Indore city. This project is getting a lot of publicity and interest because of its focus on row houses as opposed to apartments. I see that you want a 3bhk. So will you be good with row houses? Shreenagar has a serious garbage disposal problem. This area lacks a proper garbage bin. The residents just dump all their garbage on the empty plots in this locality. Actually, yes there is a new road being constructed to reduce the traffic on the road that leads to the airport and to make it faster to travel from Indore city to the airport. The local administration have put in plans to develop a four land road from the Super Corridor to the Devi Ahilya Airport. The Super Corridor which is being promoted by the government as the next IT hub in Indore, will in the future be an important area in Indore. Rangwasa is basically a small village in Indore, which is in the south of Indore. It is around 14 kms from the main heart of Indore city. One of the major landmarks near the village is the IIM Indore campus, which is only 3kms from the area. It is a developing area, but you can't currently live there because you have to go to Indore city to get any amenities. But, the area has many educational institutions and hospitals, so if you are buying a property here, not only will it appreciate in the future, but you can also give it for rent for the many students who study near the area. You have all the basic needs like supermarkets, hospitals, ATMs and even distinguished clubs nearby. Trains and buses are also very frequent here, and even more companies are coming up in this area. Hey! So Countywalk township is still under construction but I think houses would be available from Jaunaray 2015. They have only villas and plots as of now. The unit type is 4bhk. It is a proper gated community that has all the facilities provided within its boundaries. The maximum sq.ft for a 4 bhk is 5000. I'm not very sure about the price of the apartments but I'm guessing you need to request the price.Hey! A 4bhk costs about 1 crore so a 3bhk must be between 60 to 8o lacs. They're bank approvals are HDFC bank, LIC Housing Finance, State bank of India and ICICI bank if you're interested. There are many other luxury apartments available at cheaper prices in different areas though or are you only looking at Pipiliya Kumar? Kitchen is well designed with provision for a fresh water tap. The staircases are usually wooden and sometimes even illuminated. I think I like how the bathroom is done up the most because they've made it quite spacious. Q: Hey, guys I am currently staying in a rented 3 bhk apartment in Pardeshipura. When, we moved in to the house, everything was going smoothly. But recently, my family has been facing a lot of problems in the apartment complex. When we shifted in, we were promised full power back up, a clubhouse and basically a luxrious and healthy environment. None of this was given, The swimming pool is not maintained at all. The garbage dumping area is unkept. The full power back works only at times. But the main problem, is the termite infestation. As I cant stay here for too long, I am look for a nice and clean place to buy an apartment in the near future. If anyone can help me in finding a residential complex that deals with these issues, it would be really helpful.

While Ras town is providing such facilities like anti-termite treatment, you should research and look around a little for other prospects as well. Since, you were promised all those amentites in your previous apartment and were not satisfied, the same could happen here. Be weary of apartment complexes that are being constructed as builders tend to over-market their products. A good idea will be to check out the facilities in person and talk to a lot of people before jumping into a sale. If the builders have other properties, check them out too to get an idea of what they say, and what they actually give. The significant increase in ground water level has taken the focus of IMC on rain water harvesting to a serious point. The body is now considering the development and deepening of lakes to facilitate plantation, a project that has been alotted Rs 40 crores. The biggest problem we are facing currently is that the main sewage line of the indore municipal corporation is not connected to the drainage line of the area. It was still working quite fine for the last few months because all the waste was directed towards an agricultural field. Recently the line has been blocked by the owner of this land for whatever reason and now we are put in a situation that is getting worse every day.Greetings to you. Yes this is good news all over India. The new budget for the year 2014 allocates about 8000 crores just for infrastructure development all over the country! This is done with a view to help boost the real estate sector. Also the government plans on providing housing to all by 2022 and this can only be done by attracting buyers by raising the property potential in the market, and also by providing affordable housing to those who have are part of the lower income groups. About 4000 crores is allocated to providing affordable housing. Cities like Indore will prosper because it will be a target location for infrastructure development only because demand for property here is already high! Yes this is good news all over India. Hey so the BRTS project started in Indore last year in May. It has been doing really well. No first world country can ever think of well rounded development without an intelligent transport system and that's exactly what BRTS does for the city of Indore! This year, Indore actually received a nomination for the award for sustainable transport along with other countries like Argentina, China and South Korea where they have similar BRTS. There are 52 new buses in the city, and it is easy to commute to the BRTS corridor because all buses stop there. The project is said to have involved Community Based Participation where the slum dwellers are directly involved in this project. But according to them, IDA never took a survey nor were they asked to sign anything. And what is even funnier is that the Indore Municipal Corporation claims to have spent 90 odd lakhs in creating awareness and 20 something crores for preparing Indore for this 'slum clearance' project. This is a funny story! okay not really. My friend was riding on his 2 wheeler from Juni Indore to Vijay Nagar when he experienced the horribleness of the situation. He was in the Sarwate bus stand area when he saw the the traffic had come to a standstill on both sides of the street when a train was passing overhead. Confused, he continued to ride down it and then his clean clothes were immediately soiled as crap fell on them! Yes. Faeces. It is so disgusting that the railway authorities have done nothing to fix the problem and now whenever a train passes, vehicles need to stop unnecessarily, when they can just ride under. The problem is that these goods trains run only on alternate days, so the time frame for each stage of delivery needs to be calculated properly. The goods trains finally takes all the consignment to the Mumbai port. It takes a total of 15 to 22 days, which is totally not helpful for industrial growth. I've also been looking into apartments on Napania Road. The Lifestyle Ocean Park is still under construction so they probably haven't put up the rent prices as yet. Although there are some apartments that are going to be available by the end of this month by which time an estimation of the prices would be out. The sale price of a 2bhk is approximately 32 lacs. Mhow is about 23 kms from Indore and Ujjain road should be about 15 kms away. Trains are the most reliable way to travel. Have you heard of the Indore-Ujjain passenger trains? There's one every morning at 8 15 and another in the evening at 6. You'd reach Indore in 2 hours. It has 5 stops, Indore Manglia and Ujjain Vikram nagar are 2 stops that you should remember. I don't live there anymore but I know that the situation has only improved at a snail's pace. Indore used to suffer a lot during the summer because of this. I also agree with him. Real estate has always been a safe and stable real estate option. Well obviously you are not going to become a millionaire overnight, but its a dependable income source. You could do one thing – sell your Indore property and then invest the money in real estate in the city where you’re moving, but I strongly advise against it. You already bought a house, don’t go into all the hassle and extra cost of doing it all over again. You have a good income source here at this apartment in A.B. Road, trust me!I also agree with him. So investment with a future growth perspective, investment in this property seems pretty feasible. Super Corridor bohat acha hai yaar. Property prices went up after all these projects finished development like TCS, Infosys, Symbiosis, and NMIMS. Locality is so close to the airport and the proposed ISBT also. So many developments happening here. Aurobindo multi specialty hospital is a first class hospital here. The fact that super corridor has 8 lanes that are signal free and enjoys great connectivity to Ujjain; the famous religious destination is another big USP of this area. There are a few documents that you will need to acquire. You need a sale deed, posession certificate, parking space letter. Also make sure you ask for the power backup details and a full payment breakup showing that you have no dues.Not sure if this is all you need but thats as much as i know regarding this matter. I agree with him, not many schools here, but you'll find plenty a little outside. For example, there's Vedant International School, Sri Ji International School, Shandipani Vidhya Vihar. Actually they are doing this before the Anant Chaturdashi processions. So they are basically trying to identify all the unsafe buildings that are falling on the path of the processions. All I know is that IMC limit was increased by merging 29 villages So that lead to an increase in no.of municipal wards from 69 to 85. hey, see, this locality is a very important locality in indore. Along with the Police training school, you can see that the Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya is also situated here. You can also see the Daly College here. There are some schools like Shaskiya Hindi Prathamik Vidyalaya, Super Public School, UK Montessory School, Maa Saraswati Higher Secondary School, Amaltash Middle English School etc.
Most of these developments are towards the south side only. There are many electrical shops, like Prabhat Electricals, Krishna Electricals, etc. and many bakeries and eateries like Shree Nath Sweets, etc. There is one good shopping complex also in this locality which is the Mufaddal Shopping Centre.

Kesar Bagh is a great location in Indore city. The most interesting place about this place is that the river Saraswati flows through it. I also purchased a house in the same area a few months ago, and so far my experience has been pretty good. The locality is situated in the central western parts of the city, and has some major localities for neighbours like Chatribagh, Loknayak Nagar, Nai Duniya, Bank Colony, and Sai Baba Colony.

Well i live in Chhavani, and let me tell you, it is one of the better residential areas in the city. It is situated in the south east region of the city, and has decent localities Murai Mohalla, White Church Colony, Navlakha, New Agarwal Nagar, and South Tukogunj.

Millenium devcon builders are heading the project. Plots available for sale in the area are under their name. Out of the 24 illegal farmhouses that were present here, 14 of them were pretty big while the rest of them were considerably small. So here's what exactly happened. The government along with the power distribution company decided to increase the power tariff in the Indore city region and the state by over 27 %. IDA in its affidavit said that the contractor was free to use the resources that are required to complete the project but that it did not do so because it was an inefficiennt one. Its been more than 3 Years and the builder is saying the loan will start soon and we will start registration process but it is getting stretched. Q: Hi, I am getting new Flat possession with in 2-3 months which is already delayed one year by Builder. In Final payment they are asking following: Maintenance charges (for 2 years) , Sinking fund (payable at the time of possession & finally handover to society) and Club membership (Payable on completion) My township has 10 towers and only 5 towers is launched and under construction. GYM, Swimming pool, sport complex like amenities are not started and as per them it will be grounded after complete township I believe 10 years later from now. So what are the charges actually payable because these is not beneficial for me in couple of future years.

I think you must talk to the builder or respective officer there. You should pay when everything is setup and ready to use by you. I think the maintenance fee you must pay rest the two you should not i believe. Rest when you will have a discussion you will come to know. Cheers!
