Residents in this area have to wade through in the ankle-deep and sometimes even knee-deep water in this area.

Residents’ complaints about the lack of proper lighting have been registered with the IMC and they are working on supplying continuous electricity to these areas after dark. The Super Corridor which is being promoted by the government as the next IT hub in Indore, will in the future be an important area in Indore. My only advice is to exercise caution with any illegal structures at or around the property you are planning to purchase, as the construction of the link road would require tearing down any such structures. An unfurnished 2BHK will cost you around 29 lacs, which according to me is a good deal, given the location and all the facilities they have there. The same 2BHK in a semi furnished condition will cost you around 31 lacs. But you said you were looking for a 4 BHK, so that will cost you around 58 lacs unfurnished. The semi furnished one will cost you around 62 lacs, and they are both about 2380 sq. ft. in area. Khandwa road has two really good international schools. One is called Podar international and I think the other one is Oshin international school. There are also a couple of CBSE schools. You really don't need to worry about hospitals in that area. There's the Pushpkunj hospital and I've seen many private hospitals in that area too. This locality does seem really good for a family. I moved into Indore 3 months ago as i got posted here by my company. I have been staying in the company provided guest house as of now near ab road. My wife and kids are coming down in a months time from now. Ab road has many options to choose from. There are are a lot of apartment complexes in the area. From what Ive heard, DLF Garden city seems to be the most posh of the lot. Also there is a DPS and the Goenka World School in the area. These are some of the reputed schools that are all over India. Just in case you want to know, I happen to have the bank approvals of this project. They are HDFC Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd and State Bank of India. And ofcourse the approval of Indore Development Authority as well. I was checking out apartments in this locality for a friend who is mocing to Indore when I came across this project. I like the idea of it and the fact that it is also affordable. I'm going to recommend this to her as well. Thing is, this locality is nice. There are some issues but they are not very prevelant. The project is divided into two major phases, Phase 1 which was launched in May 2007 and spread over 63 acres, and Phase 2 which was launched in June 2009 and spread over 76 acres of land. Khandwa road is a prime location! It has an excellent neighbourhood and is extremely well developed. Property value will definitely appreciate. I feel it's a very good choice to live in with family because it's a residential area. It's roughly about 2.5 km from IT Park Indore, University Campus and IIT. The recently commissioned Narmada Kshipra project is supposed to be beneficial for the industrial base in Pithampur as the Narmada will be it's source of water supply for all those industries. But problem is these industries are not getting any water and as of today, many have shut down. Hopefully, this won't affect the interest of DMIC in this region because the main reason for them to invest here is because Pithampur is known for its strong industrial base. But The Narmada Valley Development Authority project is only said to be completed sometime between 2015 to 2016. I guess we'll only know then, how well this project is going to go. About 111 structures were razed to the ground. The periphery of the road was extended to 80 feet not the proposed 104 feet, so some buildings did remain. And as for the real estate, this will be a good thing for the locality of Kanadia road because firstly, there won't be the possibility of living in a land encroached area as now, the government is pretty serious about monitoring that. So you won't ever be cheated by your broker or builder. Secondly, the road widening has actually shown some significant improvement of the traffic in the locality. Residents are finding it easier to commute to other places now, thanks to this project. So I'm pretty sure, this is a good locality to invest it. I think the row houses have more facilities. If you're paying that much you might as well go in for the house. It's bigger than the apartments by 600 sq.ft and has all sorts of fancy facilities. The third Sarthak Green View is probably just plots. But if you're thinking about investing you should weigh out all your options and choose the best one. There is safety and security, and also problems like electricity and water are well taken care of by the builders till the colony is developed, and later on by the homeowner's association. Divya Vihar seems like a pretty decent project to me, and with the proposed Bus terminus, railway station, shopping mall coming up, and its good accessibility to super corridor, its future prospects look good.I totally agree! Personally I hate the traffic and noise as well but I live in Manglia :P The area slowly seems to be getting congested as more and more people are moving here. I stay in a gated community though and I get all the peace and quiet that I need. I saw some really nice places here http://www.commonfloor.com/dlf-garden-city-indore/povp-2syxu5 . There are apartments that have all the provisions within the gated community itself so you don't really need to step out too much. I think the area Khandwa road as such did not get affected by the floods, but the Khandwa district got severely hit. This caused disruption in the roads and routes between Khandwa and Indore. So, I think people are getting confused just because the name Khandwa is popping with these floods. I would suggest that if you have found a nice property in the area, you shouldn’t really worry about this. The task of laying out this pipelinehas been given to Saxena group. Saxena is even taking responsibility of the detailed project report of this project . There's to be a 1000 m pipeline to be laid out from Vandana Nagar sector C. The rains play such a finicky role about all this. Sometimes there's too much rain where you have to run for shelter and somemtimes there are just droughts. NDPS (New Digamber Public School) is located on Khandwa Road, which is close to Palasia. It is a very good school, and most children do very well in their 10th and 12th exams. Hey, guys I am currently staying in a rented 3 bhk apartment in Pardeshipura. When, we moved in to the house, everything was going smoothly. But recently, my family has been facing a lot of problems in the apartment complex. When we shifted in, we were promised full power back up, a clubhouse and basically a luxrious and healthy environment. None of this was given, The swimming pool is not maintained at all. The garbage dumping area is unkept. The full power back works only at times. But the main problem, is the termite infestation. As I cant stay here for too long, I am look for a nice and clean place to buy an apartment in the near future.
