Very good area. Safety is also not an issue here. There is a major Police Station here, the Kacheguda Police Station and they are on patrol all the time. I think the present price for real estate in Toli Chowki now is 2,400 rupees per sq ft for apartments. and for residential plots, the price is around 1500 rupes per sq ft. See I think that now all of this has been resolved as many of the societies and the people who have got the regularisation have got the permission from the Government. Yeah rajesh, the officials are planning to attach a sub-division of R&B to GHMC to ensure uniform quality of roads and any damage to roads had to be taken care of by the respective departments.
