Hopefully this will ease the situation somewhat at the Gandhipuram signal on the nanjappa road. As of now the constructions going on here have only made the situation worse. No dude, I wont suggest moving here. The roads are all broken and in terrible condition. Its a pain to drive over this area everyday. I already have a house here, so cant help it. Earlier, only the eastern part of the main roads used to get good water supply. Water used to trickle out in our homes in this area. Not even half a tank would get filled till mid-August. Actually even for a retirement home, it is a great option. all the facilities are there within the premises itself and you won't have to move around too much outside this complex to get groceries. there's a supermarket inside itself. there's also health facilities provided and gym and swimming pool. seems very convenient place to move into. Hi JRD Realtors are the project developers. They are quite reliable and they have churned out some good residential projects in the past. The villas even have air conditioners already installed. There are cctv camers in the halls and parking areas, so security system is also very good. and even pest control against termites have been done in all the villas. the health infrastructure of this region is not so good anyway. You cannot find any hospital in this area. But you can find some good hospitals near to both the highways on both sides. You know I always felt that electric poles and transformers took over a lot of space which would in turn cause a lot of traffic. I think this is a realy wise move from the corporations side since water level in other reservoirs in the region like Aliyar, Amaravathi, Sholayar, Thirumurthi reservoirs has dipped considerably.
