Another thing, last year there was a lot of abrupt power cut and electricity problem all through Coimbatore. In Ukkadam region mostly the small scale industries suffered when there was a power cut. I think connectivity wise also there is enough scope. I mean since the SH 167 passes right through here, the place is pretty well connected. Also the Thadgam road also is on hte right side. I think that the availability of hospitals in the locality is of utmost important, and that is the deciding factor for me. As far as i know, the project has apartments available only in 3 BHK variants. But in case of floor area, you have two options to choose from namely 2300 sq ft and 3200 sq ft.
