That underground drainage work i think really affected the residents of sai baba colony. Roads have been closed as a result, people had to take many diversions. The stink in the area was unbearable at some point but now thankfully it is much better. Lack of trees and greenery and lack of street lights are other problems of the area. You're right, it seems to be more for a 2 bhk. But, actually, the houses are really spacious. The area of a 2 bhk is 2100 square feet!! I almost feel that it is a cheap deal for so much space. The square feet price is just Rs. 2400. I don't know much about the amenities provided by this particular project. Once you submit it is pretty straight forward. If there is any delay it will be because of some instructions from the Inspection Engineer who will come and tell where all supply points need to be installed in addition. This project had previously faced a lot of protests from the public in the past actually. Because to construct this Bypass road, the Highway department had to demolish and break down a lot of houses and residential units, so the public was not happy with the decision..
