Actually I think 4 bhks are 3 bhks apartments are available in Shanti Niketan because 6600 sq feet is too large to be for a 3 bhk. Yes, recently in the cabinet meeting that was chaired by CM Shivraj Chauhan, they brought forward a policy that stated about the acquisition of private land for govt. projects through mutual understanding. This process is same in Indore as in the other MP districts. There was a news that the owner of the private land will get double the price of the land. Hey I think the Indore Pithampura road is no doubt an influence, but you cant disregard completely the contribution of the Super corridor, which also lies pretty nearby to this loclaity. Even the Khajrana Road guys. Yeah even that road passes by pretty close to this place. Although that will lead you into the opposite direction of the central Indore regions, and more towards Khajrana and those places. I think the travel to and fro this place is made easier by all the state run buses that ply here.. Although this locality in particular doesnt have its own official bus stop, since its not big enough for that. there are plenty of other easily aceesible bus stands lying closer around this place. like the Mayur Hospital bus stop, the Bengali Square bus stop, etcI think the travel to and fro this place is made easier by all the state run buses that ply here.. Very True. Since Indore is a Tier 2 city and most of the localities are still budding, prices here come pretty cheap. Take for instance Mahalaxmi Nagar and AB Bypass Road the guidance values are Rs. 2647 and Rs. 2341 respectively.Very True. The main issue here was that there was traffic before and the bridge was supposed to improve the traffic situation.
