Q: I have a unit booked in paramount fuschia tower. However i have not been given the possession and builder says that completion certicate has not been granted by the authority while the builder has taken the money for registry and then kept quite. Any body having similar experiences
Q: I was told by some broker that the construction quality is very poor which is the reason for cheap rates of the project as compared to other peojects in sector 137
Q: I represent the Buyers of Paramount Floraville a project in Sector 137 in Noida.I am writing this letter as we are facing huge difficulties with paramount due to their erratic behaviour and lack of transparency.We as a group of 25 people met with the Builder today 14th of June 2014.The result was not very fruitful.We residents want to form a Flat Owners Association so that we represent the whole group of buyers.I was going through the UP Apartment Act 2010 and found that an association can be formed only when Builder has given possession of flats and received Letter of Clearance from Noida Authority.Request your guidance in dealing with the same.My queries are:1. Can we form an association now.2. What are the pre-requisites for forming an association.3. Is it possible to form some legal entity to represent the Buyers.

Q: Pramamount has sent unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand, and forcing people to pay the same with no questions asked. I had made my all payments and I have all receipts and letters from Paramount regarding this. But last week I got new unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand. I’m trying to reach them but they are not picking my phone.They have started to do the same exact thing for which Indian real estate builders have a bad name and misuse the one sided agreements.

Q: Demand from Paramount Just in, Pramamount has sent unjustified demand letters with no breakup of demand, and forcing people to pay the same with no questions asked. They have started to do the same exact thing for which Indian real estate builders have a bad name and misuse the one sided agreements. We visited the site today (8th Dec 2012) and no senior management is present, looks like everyone is absconding from the office.

Q: Is any body aware of completion dates of paramount Floraville. Is it booking wise or Tower wise. Has the internal finishing done., as the staff are telling that registry will start by March , April 13. Is it correct?. My flat is in LILY.
