2012 real estate foresee
The predictions of real estate 2012 is a much awaited one!
The commercial office rents and sale value is expected to increase wherein most of the IT companies are looking forward to pre-lease office spaces.
The retail sector transactions will no more be straightforward leasing deals.
Also the residential sales for the year 2011 showed a major drop down, however coming year’s residential sector remains as a big question mark.
