3C Company on a building spree!
The 3C Company, a renowned realty firm up north has an eye of garnering more revenue this year.
The developer is constructing around ten projects, most of them residential in Noida.
They are expecting a revenue of Rs 18,000 crore from the sales which will be highest against the last seven years.
Keeping green buildings as main focus, 3C will develop 23 million square feet of area on about 200 acres of land.
Currently, they have completed their Lotus Boulevard project at Noida and it is ready for possession by the buyers.
