Fire capital, the real estate private equity firm has planned to invest Rs.400 crore in real estate projects.
The main focus area for the PE firm is tier II and tier III cities in India.
The firm has already invested in in different projects in Jaipur, Bangalore, Nagpur and in Indore.
The Firm also aiming for joint development deals in real estate projects for getting more return against the investment.
