A new mantra of “villaments” in Bangalore real estate
Bangalore‘s real estate is now busy with developing and promoting the villament concept.
If you want luxury of a villa and also comfort-convenience that of an apartment, villament is the one you can go for.
One of its kind, Habitat Crest Villaments has been launched in Whitefield.
These villas have an exclusive green space up to 1,250 square feet wherein residents can create their own kitchen garden or a barbecue pit.
Each tower comprises of five homes with 3 cars park space in the basement. Habitat Ventures have planned to build 150 villaments and around 400 to 500 in each apartment complexes.
