Adani Group to purchase Andheri land worth Rs-300-crore
A two acre plot in Andheri suburb of Mumbai worth Rs 300 crore has been acquired by Adani Group.
However the Adani Enterprises who recently said that they would take an exit from real estate has now spread the news confirming their family to take over the real estate business.
This land has a total developmental space of over 650,000 square feet on which Housing Development & Infrastructure (HDIL) is developing a mixed use project.
There is a slight confusion in concern with the sectors role play on this land which is kept unrevealed.
