Adani realty ties up with M2K Group to develop Rs10 bn luxury project
New Delhi: One of the diversified Indian real estate giants, Adani Realty joined hands with Delhi-based M2K Group, to come up with Rs 10 billion luxury project, in Gurgaon.
Oyster Grand is also one of the prestigious residential projects brought up by the Adani Group. The project is in 19 acres of virgin land with all modern requirements of the present and is a mix range of 3/4 BHK apartments and penthouses that are meticulously planned out with modern framework.
The group has projects in Ahmadabad, Mumbai and Kochi and now they are focusing on NCR and upcoming Dwarka expressway as these are important regions of the country.
The president of M2K group, Vikash Bhagchandka informed that the first phase will have 756 flats and there would be 1,500-2,000 units on the whole. The total development area is around 50 million square feet with a total investment of 35 billion.
