Agni Property goes big with investment of $10 million
Agni Property, a real estate development and property services group is going big with investments totalling $10 million in 2012.
Helion Venture Capital and Foundation Capital, private equity firms have invested $ 4 million in the organization.
Also, in a recent news, Agni Property announced its change of name to IndiaHomes. The main motive behind the change of name was to get associated with the country’s name and it is one of user search friendly name on Internet.
The company also forecasts that 2012 might be better than previous years in case of real estate and also says that Draft Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill 2011 will bring more fortune to the sector.
