Angels blessing messed realty market!
During the time when whole of real estate market is witnessing a downward graph, some investors have entered the market as angels.
They have showered their blessings on it during its bad phase.
The worries of buyers, builders and financiers are coming to an end as investors are setting in to set the market right.
Some of the investors interested in Indian realty market are Morgan Stanley which has plans to set up a fund, Citrus Ventures which has recently bought two projects in Bangalore.
Likewise, Brookfield Asset Management, a Toronto based company has tied up with the Piramal group for investment purpose.
