Bihar government will prepare land bank
The Bihar state government planned to run a survey to prepare a database for the land information. The Bihar Police Building Construction Corporation (BPBCC) are asked to do the survey.
The government will fund these projects as it will be a part of the state’s real estate management and planning.
The Bihar state government does not have any record for unused lands associated to different departments.
According to an official, once the data base is ready, the BPBCC will prepare proposals for development of lands in the state.
