Brigade Enterprises to raise Rs 150 crore through PE fund
Brigade Enterprises, a Bangalore based real estate developer has plans of raising Rs 150 crore from a private equity fund.
The developer will raise the amount by discharging one of its commercial property in Whitefield.
The project they are planning to discharge is Summit Brigade Metropolis having a built up area of 800000 square feet and has two towers. The developer has been asking Rs 4,000 per sq ft for the commercial space.
Whitefield is seen as most sought after area for realty transactions as being in close proximity with ITPL.
Some of the residential projects nearby are Sobha Amethyst, SJR Brooklyn, Prestige Ozone, Nitesh Forest Hills.
