Britannia unlocks its realty costs

The Britannia Industries, India’s largest biscuits and bakery company has unlocked their property value as Rs 150 crore.
The corporate headquarters in Bangalore is spread across seven acres on the Old Airport road upto Whitefield.
The main idea of Britannia Industries is not to sell the property instead to turn the assets to commercial and residential complex which would fetch around Rs. 800 crore at the present real estate market rate.
