Building rules brings in chaos midst builders in Mumbai
A new set of building rules has been approved by the state government bringing in sense of worries for the small-time builders in Mumbai.
It has been learnt that these builders big time sold flower beds, common lobbies, terraces and voids at market rates for flats construction.
Around maximum of the builders in Bandra-Khar-Juhu are facing financial crisis and are in the pace of shutting down their realty companies.
These builders had purchased plots at Bandra-Khar paying Rs 6 lakh to Rs 7 lakh a square yard thinking in pace of making profits.
However, things turned out to be different with the implementation of new building rules!
