Cheap apartments suffer from amenities
The residents of Bhubaneswar are more interested to buy apartments from government agencies than from private builders.
Though it is reported that the projects from private builders are cheaper than government agencies, the main concern for the private builders that they are not keeping their promises.
The properties from private builders are lagging in proper maintenance of street lights, roads, drainage system and cleanliness of the surroundings.
The apartments provided by the government agencies get maintenance from municipal corporation. On the other hand for the private apartments, residents welfare bodies need to work to facilitate the civic amenities.

Hey good post.. But why do even builders hand in for the constructions using cheap construction materials? Is there no one to stop all these illegal practices?
