Cost of land still a dream for common man

The cost of plot and land is still high amidst little depreciation in property prices.
Three plots in Mumbai were sold by bidding by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco).
The plots were in Nerul, Navi Mumbai and were sold in crores.
The plots were slowly released creating a suspense amongst developers which made them to quote high prices. It was noticed that there was a major difference in the range of Rs 30000 to Rs 50000 between the winner and the second one.
Due to slow release and the suspense factor, price of plots have appreciated in recent times.
