CREDAI implemented code of conduct to triumph over customer complaints
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI) has implemented a code of conduct for its employees. The CREDAI set up the guideline in their recent meet.
The main aim behind implementing the code of conduct is to reduce the customer complaints and also to resolve the issues quickly and in more convenient way.
The transparency and accountability in the real estate industry will be the main focus area for the group.
CREDAI also launched a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum for the successful utilization of the code of conduct.
