CREDAI pulls down negatives of developers in Chennai
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) has recently learnt that the developers and builders in Chennai are hoarding huge posters of their residential projects which does not have approvals from Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA).
To pull down this negative attitude up kept by the developers, CREDAI has decided to promote “100 percent guaranteed campaign” only!
This is considered to be a wake up call for CREDAI as well as for the developers.
The CREDAI experts say that they had to take this decision is honor of maintaining transparency and increase the confidence levels of property buyers.
The property buyers are sufferers midst the builders negative game plans.
