Declining Cost of apartments in Hyderabad
Though it is assumed that Hyderabad is a costly city to live in, report says that the cost of real estate properties in Hyderabad is falling since last year.
The reduction in the cost of apartments happened in a range of 8% to 14% over the year 2011.
The major impact on the real estate came from the unstable political situation in the area and no major infrastructural development happened in the place.
It is observed that the lower and middle range residential apartments in Hyderabad are not suffering for the situation. The major downfall happened for the luxurious residential apartment segment.
