Delhi Metro on rounds only till 8 pm midst Festive Season
Delhi metro railways will be aboard to commuters services only till evening 8 pm, as the Diwali is soon arriving and lasts for nearly a week down the north. One of the Metro spokesperson reported over the same saying that the same rule has been mandated at all the six terminal stations at Delhi. Also they have ensured to increase the frequency during the day time and promised not to cause any inconvenience to the commuters and also added on saying that this will prevail only midst of Diwali but not for a year long.
All the railways are said to board more than 12 trips only during the day time considering 2700 trips for a single day to avoid chaos for the passengers who are daily depending on metro for traveling. Customer Facilitation Agents will also be made available for the convenience of the passengers and there after the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation officials promised to continue the same 6am to 11pm boarding after the festive season.
