No Comments Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: Feb 17, 2012

The developers and builders of luxury apartment projects and houses are finding it tough to push their sales!

It’s right now the mid-segment properties which are ruling over proving pretty good sales!

The prices of properties of midsegment houses have raised with the increase in demand and the same has been declined for luxury apartments!

Due to slow down in the realty sales and liquidity crunch property price correction has been proved in a large scale!

In cities like; Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai and Bangalore the mid-segment house property prices have increased by 20 percent.

To state a better example a recent real estate research showed that the biggies like; Prestige Estates Projects Ltd and Sobha Developers Ltd have increased by Rs. 4,500-5,000 for a square feet.
