Developers unaware of illegality!
A major fraud case has been witnessed in Gurgaon city. Two of the forest officials has tampered the revenue records of forestland.
Some of the private developers have purchased these land from the officials.
According to the recent data, on the Aravalli hills nearly 400 acres of this forest land has been purchased by private developers and celebrities.
At present these lands have been turned into farm house and resort.
These developers claim to have bought this land from ‘bonafide land owners’. However after the cases were booked, district administration say that the developers were not aware of the illegal issue.
