Dial-in Auto Service in Mumbai
Dial-in auto service scheme, “Rickshawale” at your doorstep was launched in Mumbai recently. Founded by a group of professionals ranging from logistics, transport and technology related fields, Rickshawale, promises to cater hassle-free auto travelling and this service is already approved by Regional Transport Office (RTO). The transportation charges will be similar to that of the normal autos however with an extra charge Rs 20 as convenience fee for senior citizens, maternity women and also for the differently abled passengers charge will be Rs 10.
One can book the services over internet or phone through a helpline number and the auto will reach in a jiffy after receiving a confirmation call. One of the founders of the service said that main target segment will be the senior citizens who have to visit hospitals or clinics every day. The service also has a web portal through which passengers can check the background of the auto drivers.
