DLF launches studio apartment project in Lucknow
Lucknow- DLF limited, one of the largest real estate developer in India, has launched its studio apartment project named “My Pad—City Centre” in Lucknow.
This new project in Lucknow spreads over 5 acre and would encompass 500 studio apartments and 100 shops in the next three to four years.
My Pad—City Centre is the second residential project of DLF in Lucknow. Its first residential project in Lucknow is “Gardencity” spread over 248 acres on Rae Bareli road. The cost of this project is around Rs 450 crore with Shapoorji Pallanji and Company as construction partner. The real estate prices in Lucknow was pushed up by almost 40 percent after the launch of Gardencity.
The Vice Chairman of the company believes that tier-II and III cities also possess healthy demand for high quality housing and commercial projects. He added that the real estate market of Lucknow did not face economic slowdown because good products and timely completed projects are always valued in the city.
The increasing demand for premium studio and serviced apartments in Lucknow have inspired the realtor to launch My Pad—City Centre. With DLF launching the project, residents of Lucknow have higher expectation regarding the project quality. The company aims to meet the demand of working professionals by providing international living standards.
DLF is one the largest and renowned real estate player which has over six decades of experience of sustained growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation. It majorly develops commercial and residential spaces. Few of the famous projects by DLF include Wetsend Heights, Woodland heights, Maiden Heights etc.
DLF would also launch similar kind of studio apartments in more than six cities across country over next three to six months. The developer is also planning to launch projects in larger cities of Uttar Pradesh such as Meerut, Kanpur, Ghaziabad, etc. The projects would be launched according to the consumer demand and depth of the market.
