DLF on plans to sell Noida plots to Bharti Realty
DLF, India’s biggest real estate firm will be selling two plots in Noida measuring 25 acres to Bharti Realty.
This 25 acre land will be sold to the realty firm Bharti Enterprises, for 250 crore.
The Bharti Realty who is showing keen interest in expanding their footprints in these lands.
Also they have seeked permission to construct IT parks under the IT park scheme of Noida.
In order to reduce the debt which is in mounts, DLF has decided to sell its non-core assets comprising of commercial and SEZ plots.
However, for DLF this sale transaction can thus be called as on-going divestment of non-core assets.
