Economic survey reports rise in residential property price
The recent economic survey 2011-12 declared in parliament on Tuesday, the residential property prices increased by 54 percent in Delhi.
It is also been learn that maximum rise in property price has been witnessed in Bhopal more when compared to NCR and Faridabad which has seen a rise of 116 percent. On the other end Kolkata also has witnessed a sharp rise of 92 percent in the property price.
The rise in property price is an outcome of the rising cost of construction material!
The survey also expressed the concern about the availability of economical housings for the low and medium earning sector.
