Entrance test for Pune realty brokers!
Real estate brokers in Pune have to clear an entrance test to be members with Estate Agents’ Association of Pune (EAAP).
The test called Real Estate Membership Entrance Test (RE-MET) is an entrance test which is a compulsion for entry level of real estate agents and brokers.
It is an online test managed by National Association of Realtors – India (NAR – India).
The test will also be conducted for its members to create a difference between them and other consultants.
Customer Redressal Cell will also be started to look into the complaints by the customers.
